This was a bumper crop year for persimmons in Oregon! Almost every day that they were in season we had a customer or friend calling to see if we wanted any. How lucky!!

We added cinnamon and organic vanilla bean to create a persimmon jam that’s both savory and sweet and reminiscent of pumpkin pie.
