We sourced Ruby June strawberries from Fulton Family farm in Dayton, OR. We also use some Sweet Sunrise Strawberries from Bernard’s Farm in McMinnville, OR. In the colder months, we use frozen spring strawberries from Blue Raeven Pie Company in Amity, OR.

We love to eat Strawberry Lemon Ginger jam in an agua fresca, on a peanut butter and jam sandwich, with some yogurt and granola, and on sourdough toast.
